    Hello Nick;

    I would like to know, since you are the master in the Newark area, what do you think about South Ironbound, Newark.
    I am looking at a deal which looks like this;

    -2 Family fully renovated.
    -2b/1b each unit
    -$4600 approx taxes/yr
    -$1100 approx for rent per unit but my research could be wrong.
    -Priced at $275000

    please let me know what you think about this deal.
    Also, like you recommended me, I applied for Jim to pre-approve me.


    Sorry for the delay response. Emmanuel i think south iron bound is better then a majority of Newark but man will the numbers break even there?


    Hi Nick,

    I am looking for my first deal and was looking to house-hack as my fiancé and I are currently living with my family. We have been having trouble finding a good investment without getting outbid. I need to make sure the area is at least safe for us and especially myself being a woman. We both work in the city so we were looking in the Hudson county area.
    I am trying to find a place that can work out and not use up most of my money as I would like to invest in other properties this year. Do you have any recommendation?
